Lake LBJ Resort is on a protected cove of constant level Lake LBJ in Sunrise Beach, Texas, directly on the water - PET FRIENDLY !
Lake LBJ Resort & Marina is on a waterfront hillside with parking at each level so that it is easy to access your car for loading purposes. It is also easy to look to the lake (30 feet away) and watch the boats come and go from the marina. The pool patio is located on the middle level, 15 feet up from the lake level. Please view the resort attractions page to see more of the lodging features. The Pool is closed during the winter and will re-open once temperatures are favorable.
All suites and rooms feature free Cable TV as well as free WiFi internet access is provided on the property. We have our own private boat ramp, guests can bring, launch and park their boat/trailer; docking space can be provided based upon availability. The charge is $ 35.00 / night per boat (parked, trailered or docked).

Lake Side Cottage - 1200 sq. ft. (can connect to both Romantic Getaway as well as Patio Room)
Can accommodate up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms (BR 1 with King, BR 2 with a Full and 2 Twins) and a Texas-size living room with separate dining area. This suite features a full size kitchen in it's own room. This suite is next to the pool as well as the covered porch area of 1300 sqft and can be connected to the Romantic Getaway Suite as well as the Patio Room. Cable and Free WiFi.

RENTAL POLICIES
Weekends require a 2-night minimum stay on weekends, holiday periods a 3-night minimum stay - please call us for details. A 30% deposit will secure your reservation, the balance is due 7 days before your stay.
In the event that due to unforeseen circumstances you need to cancel: up to 30 days in advance - full deposit refund. Up to 15 days in advance, we will refund 50% of the deposit. Within 7 days charges are due in full.
