For Dinner (Reservation Only) we offer "Fine Dining" - exquisite food, in a refined, yet casual friendly ambiance. We now also have a new "Private Dining Room" directly on the water with a spectacular view - ideal for private family or small group dinners (up to 12 guests).

In order to never give you, our guests, the feeling of "being rushed", we have decided not to seat any table twice - that means, your table is your's, and your's only, for the entire evening!

Therefore we have established the "Reservation Only" policy.

 

We offer a 4-course set menu for your dining experience consiting of:

 

Hot Appetizer (choice of)

Farm-raised Shrimp Old Austrian Style or

Smoked Breast of Duck on Micro Arugula

 

Salad (choice of)

A variety of Fresh Field Greens and Organic Spring Mix on a Bed of Romaine Lettuce, garnished with Carleen's secret Salad Toppings. Served with Roasted Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette or a Creamy Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette (Oil & Vinegar are of course also available) or

Fresh Seaweed Salad with Lump Crab Meat

 

Main Course

(main courses are served with Baked Potato and Corn-on-the-Cob)

all Beef items are USDA PRIME only
